“I’m really disappointed with the level of service I’ve received. After starting conversations with Dylan, who promised to follow up within a couple of days on three separate occasions, nothing ever materialized. I even called the office to confirm they were still operating and was subsequently assigned Kyle, who was supposed to get back to me by Friday, February 22nd – it’s now ten days later with no response. While I understand things get busy, it feels like this proposal has been completely ignored. Honestly, it’s frustrating to be strung along and not hear anything back after so long. I expected a more straightforward response, regardless of workload.”
