  Alex Glass Group really impressed me. They responded incredibly quickly – they were out the next day to discuss my new shower surround and door options, and they provided a detailed, written estimate right away. I had another company quote me, but their response time was so slow – a week for a callback and then another week for the estimate.   “We had a really frustrating experience when a window broke in our RV, and the initial quotes were over $300 to replace the whole thing. Thankfully, we found Alex Glass and Glazing, and they were absolutely fantastic! They were able to replace just the broken pane for just $20, and they were so easy to work with – she explained all our options clearly and even suggested a more durable glass choice.   I was really disappointed with the service. While the workers were friendly, the final bill of $1600 for just moving a window and a door was significantly higher than the quoted price, and completely unexpected. To add to the frustration, they left the window and door in a very messy state with glue and fingerprints – it felt like a really unprofessional job. report abuse
