  Ellingson Plumbing was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We called them for a checkup on our old furnace at our new lakefront vacation property, and the two guys who came out were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They not only fixed a critical issue on a really cold night, but they even got our gas fireplace working – something we hadn’t even known how to do! It was great to see their friendly and caring approach, and it was a real bonus that one of them spoke Spanish, which was perfect for us. They gave us a solid recommendation to replace the old furnace, and ultimately, we went with their suggestion. Honestly, it was Matt Anderson who really won us over. He was absolutely outstanding – so passionate about his work and genuinely interested in helping us find the best solution. He was miles ahead of the other sales guys we spoke with; he took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all our questions with a smile, and even followed up with us long after the initial consultation. Because of his exceptional service and attention to detail, we got the best value and the installation team was fantastic – incredibly professional and left our property spotless.   Ellingson’s were really responsive when we had a gas leak caused by a faulty valve on our furnace. They arrived within an hour to take a look, and though they didn’t have the part available on a Friday, they quickly ordered it and had it delivered to us by Tuesday. They then called us to let us know and got the installation done right away – a really smooth process overall. report abuse
