Brian did a really thorough job with my furnace check-up, especially considering he’d just finished it in December. He took the time to explain everything and showed me pictures of what he found, which was great. I was particularly impressed that he went the extra mile and checked that vent we hadn’t even realized was there – it explained why we weren’t getting enough heat. I was just wondering if he also checks the water heater’s efficiency as part of his service.
