  Maria and Project Build were fantastic to work with. As a house flipper, staying on budget is my top priority, and Maria really understood and supported that. She took the time to listen to my goals and even helped me with the design and sourcing affordable materials. The renovation finished on time and within budget, and I really appreciated her keeping me fully informed throughout every stage of the process.   “Maria and her team at Project Build Construction and Interiors were absolutely fantastic! We had a significant plumbing leak in our master bathroom, and they really stepped up to the plate. Maria was incredibly proactive, working closely with our insurance adjusters and bringing a real level of expertise to the restoration process – everything from the drywall and kitchen cabinets to the painting, tiles, and flooring was done to a truly top-notch standard. What was especially impressive was her ability to advocate for us, successfully justifying the need for complete cabinet and countertop replacement, even when the insurance company initially resisted. You can tell she genuinely puts her clients’ needs first, and the quality of work her crew delivered was outstanding.   “I can’t praise Project Build and especially Maria and her team enough! They were absolutely fantastic – truly going above and beyond. When my mom’s condo floors flooded due to a sudden hot water heater issue, they responded immediately, sending someone out to assess the situation and thoughtfully presented her with several flooring choices, taking her wheelchair needs into account. They even rearranged their other projects to prioritize hers. Maria kept me updated the entire weekend, personally texting me with all the information. It really felt like they were treating us like family, and I’d wholeheartedly recommend them – I wouldn’t use anyone else for flooring!” report abuse

  Working with Maria and her team has been an absolute pleasure. It’s not always easy to say that in the construction industry, especially with the kind of unexpected challenges we faced with our kitchen remodel – a major slab leak caused a lot of significant delays. But Maria was the only contractor who truly understood the situation and set realistic expectations. She and her team were incredibly flexible, expertly handling all the changes and delays that came up, and most importantly, delivered really high-quality work.   Maria was absolutely fantastic! I was completely overwhelmed trying to find a reliable handyman, and I contacted over 50 companies with no luck. Thankfully, I got her number through a referral, and I couldn't be more grateful.   Overall, Project Build did an outstanding job addressing the water damage in our hallway bathroom and downstairs bedroom. They were incredibly responsive after the initial leak and meticulously ensured everything was completely dry before starting the restoration. The quality of their work – from the shower walls and drywall to the flooring and baseboards – was exceptional, and they finished the job in a timely manner.   “We absolutely love our new master bathroom! My husband and I recently had Project Build remodel it, and we’re so thrilled with the result. They completely transformed the space – we had the tub removed and replaced with a beautiful shower, and they installed brand new tiles, vanity, plumbing, and light fixtures.
