“I hired this structural engineering firm after a fire damaged my property, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly frustrating. Barry, the engineer assigned to my case, initially promised a week-long inspection, but then it took three weeks to get in touch with him. He eventually admitted he couldn’t locate the house and promised to revisit it within a few days, but after another week of unanswered calls and voicemails, he completely stalled the repair process for a month. While I appreciate Maria’s excellent and helpful service when I finally managed to reach her, the lack of communication and responsiveness from Barry was unacceptable.”

“I can’t recommend this engineering firm highly enough. I’ve worked with them on two separate projects – a land development and a building modification – and was consistently impressed by their honesty and integrity. It’s rare to find an engineering firm with such a strong commitment to ethical practices.”
-
“I was really impressed with the team – they went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of and delivered exactly as expected. Their dedication and attention to detail made for a fantastic experience.”

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. We were left without power for over four days, and their lack of urgency was truly shocking. The receptionist, Maria, seemed completely uninterested in our situation, and the inspector arrived unprepared, ultimately delaying the process and adding another day to our outage. It felt like they were more concerned with their own schedule than with getting our power back on. Frankly, it was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional – they didn’t seem to care about the impact this had on my family. I’d strongly advise against using this company; I’m now recommending Key Code instead.
