  Honestly, this whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. We hired this company with a lot of hope, and it’s been nothing but a series of broken promises and miscommunication. The initial sales pitch was good, but things quickly went downhill. Two months later, we still haven’t received the solar panels, and we’ve gotten conflicting information about their location – one day they’re in New Jersey, the next in Knoxville. Following up with the desk staff only resulted in more confusing explanations and no real resolution. My husband was understandably furious when the VP just kept offering excuses instead of a concrete plan. They even promised to cover our first two months of payments, which was completely unnecessary since no one had ever explained our payment schedule. They dropped half the panels on our yard and the other half on my neighbor’s, with absolutely no communication about it. When the installation team finally arrived, they told us it was just a side job and had to return because they were missing parts. By then, we were both completely fed up because no one would answer our calls. To add to the problem, they drilled holes in our brick without properly sealing them – a serious oversight. We now have panels on both sides of our roof, despite not being asked to have them installed that way, and we can’t even use the system because they need a specific part. This has been a week without a resolution. We're seriously considering legal action at this point and would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone. report abuse
