I was really disappointed with my experience ordering table feet from this company. I contacted the secretary to discuss my project and she was helpful with the measurements. However, it’s now been nearly three weeks and I’m still waiting for a quote. I’ve been told repeatedly that the responsible person is incredibly busy. Frankly, I was expecting much better service, especially given the company’s reputation. It felt like they weren’t valuing my time or my business, and I wouldn’t recommend them – I just don’t feel like I could trust them to deliver.
