  “We’ve been absolutely thrilled with Aplus over the last 15 years. We’ve had them remodel three kitchens and seven bathrooms, and honestly, the quality is just outstanding. We even have a kitchen Alex designed and built back in 2008 that’s still looking brand new – it’s incredible! Most remodeling jobs start to show wear and tear pretty quickly, but not with Aplus. Their process is really impressive; they do all the staining and painting at their factory, creating a finish that’s as durable and long-lasting as a new car. It’s truly remarkable. What’s also great is the team – they’ve consistently used the same skilled installers over the years, which builds such trust. It’s rare to find a contractor with such a dedicated and reliable crew.   “I was really overwhelmed after the flood, and instead of just trying to repair things, I decided to completely renovate my kitchen and powder room. A Plus was fantastic – one of their reps came to my house to discuss my ideas, take measurements, and offer recommendations. Then Alex, the owner, followed up and made some great suggestions to really elevate the project. They were so transparent, presenting me with a clear, flat-fee proposal after investing the time to understand my vision. There was absolutely no pressure, and I felt like I was getting excellent value for the quality of work. To ensure everything was perfect, they even brought in an engineer to double-check the measurements and created 3D drawings. They really went above and beyond to prevent any potential problems. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed with daily emails and a detailed, step-by-step plan. Everyone I interacted with at A Plus was incredibly friendly, professional, and trustworthy. They were really happy to accommodate any changes I wanted to make, and they quickly and effectively resolved any minor issues that came up.   “We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen and master bathroom – APlus Kitchen and Bath really delivered! We initially got a quote from another company, but they were incredibly pushy and the price was way too high. Thankfully, my husband found APlus and from the start, Joe, our sales rep, was fantastic – friendly, professional, and never pressured us. They offered a really comprehensive package, covering everything from refacing the cabinets to the countertops, backsplash, and even appliance and plumbing hook-ups. We especially loved that they used 1/4” wood panels for the cabinet refacing, which was a step up in quality compared to the 1/8” panels some others were offering. And because they make all their doors in-house, we knew we were getting a high-quality product. Laura, our design specialist, was also a huge help, patiently guiding us through choosing our colors and samples. The process took a little longer than we anticipated – about three months – because they were busy crafting the cabinets, and we were waiting to receive our appliances and sinks. Chad, our project manager, kept us informed every step of the way and even checked in on the progress. We did have a slight hiccup with the countertop timing, but Chad quickly resolved it and was incredibly accommodating to our schedule. The workers were also fantastic, addressing every little issue, like replacing the moldings or fixing a scratch, with a professional touch.   “We absolutely love our new home – APlus completely transformed our outdated kitchen and living space into the open-concept dream we’d always wanted! Honestly, we were a bit overwhelmed at the beginning, unsure if taking down those walls would really work, but Alex and the whole team at APlus had such a fantastic vision. Alex really listened to what we wanted and helped us create a design that’s absolutely perfect for our family. We’re so impressed with the attention to detail – like the way Mark meticulously adjusted the door frame to be perfectly centered, even though it was a small thing that wouldn’t have been noticed by anyone else. And Juan was just wonderful, always going the extra mile to help us with everything, big or small. It was so great to work with a company that could handle everything – from the carpentry to the plumbing – without us having to manage a dozen different contractors.   “Overall, our experience with this company was really disappointing. Joe was fantastic – he took the time to truly understand what we wanted, took excellent notes and photos, and was just a pleasure to work with. However, our interactions with Alex were a completely different story. He seemed completely unprepared for our meeting, hadn't reviewed Joe’s work, and didn’t listen to our needs. He repeatedly focused on potential extra costs without really hearing our concerns, and he wasn’t transparent about the potential for delays due to a lack of a dedicated team. To add to that, he wasn’t upfront about needing to pay extra for licensed and bonded subcontractors. Frankly, the prices he quoted were significantly higher than other estimates we received, and then he added a substantial retainer fee. It just felt like Alex wasn’t genuinely interested in taking on a project of this size, and he didn’t communicate that clearly to us. The whole thing felt like a waste of time and left us feeling let down.” report abuse

  Overall, we were really pleased with the work [Company Name] did for us. The quality of their workmanship and the materials they used was exceptional – everything was top-notch. They were also incredibly reliable; their boss was always responsive and helpful when we had questions or concerns. The price was in the middle of the range we were looking at, not the cheapest, but certainly not the most expensive. However, the project took a significant amount of time – about six months – to complete, so it wasn’t a fast turnaround. report abuse
