  I’m incredibly disappointed with the work this contractor did. The job was significantly delayed, and I constantly had to chase them for updates. Ultimately, they installed the new windows but left my existing frames in a terrible state – completely unaddressed. They’d promised to restore and repaint them, but that never happened. It felt like they just rushed through the job after getting paid. The quality of the workmanship is unacceptable, and frankly, it’s clear they don’t care about fixing the problem or even responding to my attempts to contact them. report abuse

  Roger did a fantastic job installing my siding on Friday! He was incredibly punctual and professional, starting the work right on time and doing a really neat job – it looked like he was making it look easy! I’m a siding installer myself, and I could tell he was a true craftsman. I’d definitely recommend Specialty Siding to anyone I know. report abuse

  Roger was a really reliable and considerate cleaner. He was super responsive, sending me a text and quickly arranging a same-day appointment, even going out of his way to come in the evening to fit around my schedule.   Honestly, I was really frustrated with this company. I made multiple attempts to get a quote for my window replacement – phone calls, emails, and even a visit to their office. They finally sent someone out, but they never provided me with a written estimate. It felt like they weren't interested in my project, and I think it was disrespectful to waste my time and theirs. I'd hesitate to recommend them based on this experience. report abuse
