“We had a really smooth experience when our heater stopped working while we were away. We contacted the property management, who quickly arranged for Cantrell from Sage Mechanical to come out. He was fantastic – so friendly and helpful, he got the heater fixed within about 30 minutes and even stayed to double-check that everything was working perfectly before he left.”

“I was in a really stressful situation – my washing machine had frozen and burst a hot water copper pipe! I frantically called all my usual plumbers, but they were completely booked up. Luckily, Pacific Supply recommended Sage Mechanical, and I’m so glad they did! The guy I spoke to was incredibly helpful and managed to get a plumber, Richard, out to me within just two hours. Richard was fantastic – he was so professional, got the repair done in about an hour, and was really courteous and friendly throughout the whole process. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for better service. I’d absolutely recommend Sage Mechanical – they’re a top-notch contractor and really deliver on their promises.”

“I’ve been really happy with the furnace repair work done in Seward – they’re definitely skilled. However, they’ve been quite overwhelmed and haven’t always been able to respond quickly to emergencies. I recently had a bad experience with a new service that cost over $4,000, and unfortunately, most of the work actually created more problems. Thankfully, Sage Mechanical stepped in all the way from Anchorage and were able to completely resolve the issue; the furnace is now working better than ever! I’m so grateful for their help.”

We were extremely disappointed with the work Sage performed during our home purchase. We initially chose them based on a positive recommendation from family, but the final result was far below acceptable standards. Sage was contracted to restore baseboard piping and supply lines, install exhaust venting, and review the in-floor heating system, which had been installed by the previous homeowner in a noticeably substandard manner. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was deeply concerning. We observed significant issues like exposed hot copper piping, improperly secured supply lines, and the in-floor heating system exhibiting the same sloppy installation. We repeatedly asked for documentation – invoices and reports – to verify the work was completed to code and by a licensed contractor, but Sage consistently stalled, initially denying any record of the job and later offering a bizarre excuse involving the bookkeeper's father’s passing. Furthermore, we discovered no permit had been pulled for the work, and the individual who supposedly performed the installation, Jon, lacked a valid Muni license. The entire experience was marked by a lack of transparency and professionalism, with Sage intentionally withholding the invoice needed to finalize the sale. It’s a truly frustrating situation, and we ultimately had to involve the permitting department to confirm the lack of authorized work.

“I’ve been consistently impressed with Sage Mechanical, LLC. I use them on every one of my remodel projects, and honestly, I’ve had some bad experiences with other contractors in the area. That’s why I’ve built a long-term relationship with Sage – they’ve truly earned my trust and have a lifetime customer with TXL Construction Services.”

“I’ve consistently sent my clients to Sage over the years, and I’ve always been extremely pleased with their work. They’re reliable, get things done promptly, and maintain a really high standard of quality. While they might not be the most budget-friendly option, it’s absolutely worth paying a little extra to ensure the job is done correctly the first time – I’d much rather avoid needing to call them a second time.”

“I was really disappointed with my appointment. Despite telling the staff I work nights, they arrived two hours early, and the technician was incredibly rude and insisted on leaving without rescheduling. It was completely unprofessional and unacceptable to show up unannounced and then be argumentative when I explained my work schedule.”

“I had a fantastic experience with Sage Mechanical. They were incredibly responsive – they got us scheduled quickly and quickly identified and fixed the problem with our boiler and hot water heater. They were really professional, and I’d definitely recommend them.”

“Jon from Sage was fantastic! I was really impressed with his responsiveness – he called and messaged me several times to get things sorted out. He quickly fixed the issue, and even left the area cleaner than he found it. I’d definitely recommend him.”

“I’m so happy I finally got around to saying thank you to this company – they’ve consistently provided fantastic service. Honestly, they’ve always come through for me, especially when my husband is hunting and the heat goes out! They’re currently working on our new addition’s plumbing and HVAC, and I wholeheartedly recommend them; they’re truly amazing.”
