  I was so relieved to find these guys! I recently bought a used car with a remote start, but the previous owner hadn’t been using it for months. I wasn't sure what was wrong, but they diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes and, amazingly, replaced a faulty remote with one they had on hand. Now I have two working remotes – fantastic! The owner and his colleague were incredibly helpful and friendly. Seriously, they worked their magic and I can’t thank them enough for getting this sorted out so quickly.   “My husband and I went in to see about getting an appointment, and unfortunately, our remotes weren’t pairing. The technician was really helpful – he came out, troubleshooted the issue, and discovered the antenna was the problem. He replaced it and confirmed it worked with both remotes. We really appreciated that he didn’t try to charge us for the service, especially since we bought the Ford Explorer used. While we didn't end up purchasing the remote start at this shop, we really enjoyed the excellent customer service we received!” report abuse
