  “We were really pleased with Deck Masters’ work after a recent big wind storm caused damage to our deck railing. They efficiently removed the old railing and replaced it with a much sturdier cable railing. We also needed new stairs installed, as the old ones were constantly shifting due to the winter weather. Sean, Robert, and Jeff were fantastic – incredibly skilled, friendly, and got the job done quickly. We’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing deck repairs or improvements.” report abuse

  Overall, we’re absolutely thrilled with our new deck – Deck Masters really delivered! From the stunning railing system (a huge shoutout to Sean for his professionalism and going the extra mile to get it finished on time) to the quality of the work, we couldn’t be happier. However, the experience wasn't without its challenges. The initial timeline – starting late July – shifted quite a bit, and we didn't receive updates for several weeks. It took a few calls to get a firm start date, and the project ultimately took nearly six weeks to complete. There were periods where we didn’t hear from them, leading us to repeatedly reach out for updates – often being told they were waiting on supplies. We appreciate the owner, Jordan, taking the time to apologize and ultimately get the project moving forward, and it’s clear he values customer satisfaction. Our advice to anyone considering a deck project is to maintain open communication – even small details make a difference. We’d definitely recommend Deck Masters and would use them again. report abuse

  “I was absolutely blown away by the deck Deck Masters built – it truly doesn't do the quality of their work justice. From start to finish, everything was done with incredible attention to detail, and I was particularly impressed by Jordan and his team’s professionalism and integrity. We hired them quite late in the year before our move, and they worked through the winter to complete the deck, which we were thrilled to see finished beautifully in the spring. They handled everything, even navigating the permitting process with the city, and consistently went above and beyond our expectations.
