  Honestly, we’ve never been so thrilled with a project like this. Jordan and the whole Deck Masters team are fantastic – they’re incredibly hardworking and genuinely a pleasure to have around. Justin, the lead foreman, is a true craftsman, really meticulous about the details. From our initial meeting with Kevin right through to the finished project, it was a really enjoyable experience.   Overall, Deck Masters did a fantastic job transforming our deck – the finished product looks absolutely beautiful. We did experience a bit of a delay in the construction timeline, pushing it out about three months from our initial estimate, and we also encountered a few minor hiccups with some design clarifications that needed adjusting during the build. However, I’m happy to give them 5 stars because Jordan was incredibly responsive and professional from the moment we raised these concerns. He consistently addressed everything quickly and efficiently, ensuring we were completely satisfied with the final result. I’d definitely recommend their service. report abuse
