Tyler was absolutely amazing; he was incredibly honest and went completely above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. He kept me informed about the rescheduling due to a truck issue, and then even processed a refund when he realized I’d accidentally booked the wrong service online. To top it all off, he was 15 minutes early, explained the cleaning process, and sent me live photos and videos to document the before and after.   “This project was a complete nightmare. It was supposed to take just 1.5 hours, but ended up taking over six hours, and he kept disappearing. He promised to come back the next day to finish it, but never contacted me. To add to the frustration, he left the job unfinished, cutting my wall without repairing it, and blew all the debris from the exterior vent directly into my driveway.
