    “My experience at the tool rental center was really disappointing. The first guy I spoke with was incredibly unhelpful and seemed quite lazy – he essentially just pointed me in different directions without actually assisting me in finding the 75-foot drain cleaner I needed. My wife went back to ask for the 4-inch cleaning tip, and he just pointed to a wall. We didn’t receive the gloves that were included with the rental. Thankfully, the woman who handled the return was very friendly and understanding about the poor service we received the day before.” report abuse

    I had a really frustrating experience renting a pressure washer from this location on April 29th and returning it on May 1st. After explaining that it wasn’t working, the guy at the counter insisted on charging me the full price, and he only offered half price after I pushed back. While I was disappointed, I was willing to accept that. However, the situation quickly escalated. Two other customers arrived with broken tools, and the counter employee immediately canceled their rental agreements and issued full refunds – all in under three minutes! What was truly unbelievable was that he didn't even check the pressure washer himself to see what was wrong. It was completely silent and unprofessional. Honestly, it felt like they were deliberately trying to avoid responsibility. This whole experience was incredibly poor, and I wouldn't recommend this location. If you rent a tool that doesn't work, be sure to document everything and demand a full refund – they seem to have the power to do just that. report abuse

    “I rented a power auger for a fencing project, and unfortunately, it was in really rough shape. The teeth on the bit were incredibly dull, and the air filter cover was broken. It was clear the machine was heavily worn. When I returned it on July 4th, I brought the issues to the desk guy’s attention, but he didn’t seem concerned or offer any solution. I ended up spending $100 just to pick it up and drop it off, and even had to top it off with gas – a completely frustrating experience, especially after having to dig the work out by hand. I’ll be going to Home Depot, Bailey’s, or United from now on.” report abuse

    Overall, I’m really pleased with their service. While they don’t always have exactly what I need in stock, they’ve been incredibly accommodating and flexible, going above and beyond by reserving tools for me and even offering assistance over the phone.     I recently rented a jigsaw from this location on July 28th, and unfortunately, the blade opening mechanism didn’t work once I got home. I ended up having to borrow a saw from a friend, which was really inconvenient. When I returned the jigsaw the next day, they spent a good amount of time trying to fix it, but still charged me for a full day’s rental. I was really disappointed that they didn’t seem understanding about a potential issue with a cheap piece of plastic. It’s frustrating that they don’t seem to check the equipment properly before letting it out, and you never know what you’ll find when you get home. Also, they don’t offer any discounts for AAA, military, or first responders, which was another letdown. Because of this experience, I won’t be renting from here again. report abuse

    Overall, this tool seems promising, but it definitely has a few drawbacks. The cellulose insulation tool itself has some issues – it blows inconsistently. On the positive side, the customer service was really friendly and helpful. The biggest concern is the price; it’s quite expensive, likely because it’s the only tool rental available in town. report abuse

    “Unfortunately, the two pieces of equipment we purchased were incredibly unreliable – they barely worked for ten minutes before failing. While we offered a partial refund, it really didn’t make up for the frustration and the fact that the equipment simply wasn’t usable.” report abuse
