Honestly, my experience was incredibly disappointing. I simply had a straightforward question, but the owner’s response was completely unacceptable – he was rude, sarcastic, and acted incredibly unprofessional. I can’t believe he responded the way he did, and one star feels like far too generous a rating.

“I was really pleased with the work the team did on the 31 lots in North Pole. They were fantastic – professional, efficient, and the quality of their work was excellent. Not only that, but they were significantly cheaper than any other quote I received. The owner was incredibly happy with the results too.”
-
Honestly, it’s been really difficult to get a sense of what they’re like. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, but no one ever seems to answer the phone or return my calls. It’s pretty common in Alaska, I suppose, but frustrating nonetheless.
-
Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this business. My experience was really poor, and I definitely wouldn’t give it a positive review.
-
“I was really frustrated with this company. While driving, one of their trucks came loose and debris fell out, even hitting my car with a rock. They completely ignored my concerns and refused to take responsibility for the damage they caused.”
-
“They’re incredibly professional and clearly operate with top-of-the-line equipment – they can handle just about any job you throw at them.”
-
I’m seriously concerned about the representation our company is receiving through [Name of person/representative in Kenai]. They’re not meeting expectations and are, frankly, damaging the company’s image.
-
“They did a fantastic job clearing out the area – really got everything sorted.”
-
Chad’s a really positive and approachable person.
