  Honestly, my experience was incredibly disappointing. I just had a simple question and the owner responded with a completely unacceptable level of rudeness and unprofessionalism – he was sarcastic and frankly, quite belligerent. One star feels like far too generous a rating. report abuse

  “I was really pleased with the work the team did for me up in North Pole – they handled 31 lots and did a fantastic job. Not only was the quality excellent, but they were great to work with, had good equipment, and were significantly cheaper than any other quote I received.   “Honestly, it’s really difficult to give a solid review. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, but I’ve never gotten through to anyone by phone or received a return call. It seems like that’s pretty common in Alaska, unfortunately.” report abuse

  “I had a really frustrating experience with this company. One of their trucks was severely damaged and, unfortunately, a rock came flying out and hit my car, causing damage. Despite this, they completely ignored my calls and wouldn't take responsibility for the damage they caused.” report abuse
