When I asked about an estimated repair time, the person I spoke with was incredibly unhelpful and actually got quite aggressive, yelling at me during our call. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend renting from this company – the customer service was just unacceptable, and I’ll be looking for a different rental provider in the future.”
