They were so calm and professional, quickly figuring out what was going on and clearly explaining what needed to be done. They even coordinated with a great plumber to fix the problem at its source, and did a fantastic job preventing any more damage from the moisture.   “Overall, this team’s performance was disappointing. While they initially responded well, accepting the job and securing access, they made a questionable decision to postpone a critical part of the black water remediation work to accommodate the holidays. This ultimately created a significant issue for the client and led to the premature termination of the project. Frankly, I wasn’t impressed with this approach and would advise seeking a different team for future projects.” report abuse

  We were incredibly fortunate – a faulty extension cord outside our house sparked a fire that damaged our cedar siding and filled our garage with smoke. Thankfully, a neighbor spotted the flames and alerted us just as the fire department arrived. The garage was heavily affected, with a lot of stored materials soaked in smoke. Taylored Restorations did a fantastic job getting rid of the odor, using their ozone and hydroxyl machines – a 24-hour ozone treatment followed by a week with the hydroxyl machine completely eliminated the smoke. Beyond the smoke, they expertly restored the siding, insulation, electrical work, and sheetrock. The siding restoration was particularly impressive, requiring them to meticulously match the color of the existing thirty-plus year old siding. We’re so grateful for their excellent workmanship and appreciate our neighbors’ quick response too – we’ve since installed a smoke alarm in the garage. report abuse

The young men were incredibly courteous and friendly, and they did a fantastic job cleaning my old white couch and chair – they’re over 20 years old, so it was wonderful to see them looking and feeling brand new again.   Honestly, we were really let down by this service. Initially, things seemed promising, but then we received an estimate that was over double what we’d been told to expect. After weeks of waiting, and with no communication, they presented a figure that was completely out of line. Because they charge a percentage of the estimate and require upfront payment, we were stuck paying a huge sum for simply creating an estimate. It felt incredibly cold and unprofessional, and I’d strongly advise against using them, especially for larger projects where you're still getting quotes from other companies. report abuse

  “Overall, we were incredibly pleased with Taylored Restoration’s service. We experienced significant water damage due to a faulty valve, and while it took a little time for them to schedule the work – we’re so glad we waited. From the initial estimate to the final cleanup, everything was handled seamlessly. They did a fantastic job coordinating all the different trades involved, and everyone arrived on time and did a truly excellent job.
