  “I’m incredibly disappointed with the progress on my ceiling restoration. It’s been five months since the fire, and while I’ve been patient, the lack of concrete action is now incredibly frustrating. Today, I was told the painter and floor installer were scheduled to complete the work, but they only finished painting one closet all day. They tackled the worst mold problem I’ve ever encountered in my basement – it was incredibly damp and grungy with a huge amount of mold buildup. They completely eliminated it in just 4-5 hours, and the basement looks brand new now. There have been multiple instances of theft – small items like food have gone missing, and they’ve been accessing the property outside of regular business hours, often late at night. Despite promising not to arrive after 5pm, they’ve shown up unexpectedly. Because of these issues, I cannot trust them to be alone in my home, and I strongly advise anyone working with them to always be present while they’re on the premises.
