  Josh was fantastic to work with! I just happened to meet him while he was working on a neighbor’s renovation, and I immediately asked for a quote for my kitchen remodel. He was incredibly responsive and helpful, and after meeting with him, we decided to move forward. He was always accommodating and kept me well-informed throughout the whole process. Once the new cabinets arrived, the demo started in October, and as expected, we ran into a few unexpected issues that needed addressing. I even added some extra work – custom shelving and a built-in TV – and Josh and his crew handled everything seamlessly and professionally. The finished kitchen and living room were absolutely stunning, truly a remarkable transformation! Josh went above and beyond to ensure I was completely happy, and honestly, it’s rare I’m so satisfied with a project like this – I wholeheartedly recommend him. report abuse

  Overall, we had a really frustrating experience with this bathroom remodel. It took over three months to complete, and we felt completely ignored throughout the process. We were told repeatedly that our project was a priority, but contractors kept pulling people onto other jobs. There were numerous mistakes made – we caught several along the way, likely due to a constant stream of new workers who weren't familiar with our initial plans. Even after the job was supposedly finished, we were left with paint splattered on the new tub and a leaking drain that damaged the vanity. Honestly, the list of issues is extensive, but I’m hesitant to go into all of them right now. What really bothered us was their unwillingness to address these problems or offer any kind of compensation since the expected quality wasn't delivered. While Josh was a pleasant guy and Daniel seemed to be the only one truly dedicated to the work, the lack of ownership and communication was unacceptable. Because of this, we won’t be recommending them and definitely won't be using their services again. It's a shame, as the finished bathroom does look nice, but that’s largely thanks to our own design choices. report abuse

  “I was a little frustrated at first when I came home after my trip and found a security light I didn't like had already been installed. Thankfully, the installer took it down and didn't charge me for it. It’s great that I was able to find a light I really liked nine months later, and I’m so happy with the final result!” report abuse
