  “I was so pleased with Josh and his team – I actually met him while he was working on a neighbor’s project and immediately asked for a quote for my kitchen remodel. He was incredibly responsive and professional from the start, and I quickly decided to go with his quote. Throughout the whole process, Josh was fantastic; he was really accommodating and kept me well-informed. When the new cabinets arrived, the demo began in October, and as expected, we uncovered a few extra things that needed attention. I even added some additional work, and Josh and his crew handled the changes seamlessly and did an absolutely outstanding job – the custom shelving, backsplash, and even the motorized TV were all done with meticulous care. Josh really went above and beyond to ensure I was completely happy with the results, and honestly, I’m a very particular person, so that’s a huge testament to his work.   Overall, we had a really frustrating experience with this contractor. The bathroom remodel took over three months to finish, and it felt like our project was constantly being sidelined with other jobs taking priority – despite assurances from the team that we were a key focus. We’ve successfully completed full home renovations in half that time, so the delays were completely unacceptable. Communication was a major issue; we weren't given clear explanations about why people kept disappearing or why the project was taking so long until we directly questioned it. Once we raised concerns, nothing was done to rectify the situation. We caught numerous mistakes throughout the process, likely due to a revolving door of new workers who weren’t fully briefed on the agreed-upon plans. Even after what was supposed to be ‘completion,’ we were left with paint splatters on the new tub, a leaking drain that damaged the vanity, and several other issues. While the finished product looks decent, and I want to acknowledge Josh was a genuinely nice guy, the lack of accountability and responsiveness was deeply disappointing. It’s clear they weren’t committed to delivering on their promises, and the fact they wouldn’t even consider a discount to compensate for the significant delays and unresolved problems is a major reason we won’t be recommending or using them again. It's a shame when mistakes happen, but owning up to them and trying to make things right is simply not what we experienced. report abuse
