  “I was really disappointed with this order. I contacted them initially to ask about shipping costs, but they didn’t respond. They shipped the tool belt out anyway, and then I was surprised to see a $71 shipping charge added to the total. Honestly, I wouldn’t have bought it at all if I’d known that extra cost. And to make matters worse, I’ve left several messages trying to get a response, but I haven’t heard back from them.” report abuse

  “I really appreciate the selection they have – they’re usually able to stock what I need. However, the checkout process is consistently a problem. Last week, I waited with a long line while two employees were checking out just two people. After a significant amount of time with no attention, I ultimately decided to just buy the items online. It ended up arriving in about the same time it would have taken them to check me out, which was incredibly frustrating.
