They were completely unhelpful – they wouldn’t sell me the part, wouldn’t process an order, and insisted on requiring a full application before even discussing it. When I mentioned the manufacturer’s direct number, they seemed uninterested. Their response was simply ‘no cash sales.’ Ultimately, I ended up ordering the part myself online, which was far more efficient and saved me both time and money. It’s a really frustrating and frankly, ridiculous customer service experience.”
