  Overall, we had a fantastic experience buying our hot tub from Waterworks. Nate was absolutely amazing – he was so personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, which made the entire process incredibly easy and enjoyable. He consistently kept us updated throughout the whole purchase, making sure we were completely satisfied. The rest of the staff were also a pleasure to work with.   From start to finish, our experience with The Waterworks was fantastic. We were looking for a hot tub to make those long winter months a little more enjoyable, and they completely exceeded our expectations. We initially started our research online and contacted several dealers, but Nate from The Waterworks really stood out. He was incredibly responsive, quickly understanding our budget and needs, and even alerted us to some great promotions happening during the state fair. He was patient with our questions and made the whole process so much easier. Because I work remotely, he was happy to communicate with us via email, which was a huge help. Once we decided to move forward, The Waterworks continued to be just as helpful. Tim came to our home to walk us through the installation and gave us some really valuable advice on placement and care. We were also impressed with the electricians they recommended – multiple skilled journeymen confirmed their quote was fair, and Alyssa kept us constantly updated on delivery dates. There was a slight delay with the final delivery – about 18 hours due to equipment issues – but The Waterworks handled it brilliantly. Michael, who arrived to complete the installation, was fantastic. He was incredibly thorough, explaining every step of the process and offering helpful tips for ongoing care. He was friendly, approachable, and made it clear that they’d be there to support us if we ever needed anything. Honestly, we started out a little nervous about buying a hot tub, but The Waterworks’ professionalism, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help completely put us at ease.   Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my recent purchase of a hot tub from The Waterworks. Nate was fantastic – really helpful and knew a lot about the different models and what would suit our needs and budget. I really appreciated how consistently he kept us updated throughout the whole process, from the first time we visited the showroom to the delivery and installation. We did have a small issue during installation, but the team quickly resolved it within two days and kept us informed every step of the way. And after we got the tub up and running, Alyssa was amazing, responding to my question about water care almost instantly with a really detailed answer.
