  “I was so nervous going into buy a hot tub, but from the moment I walked in, the team at [Company Name] made me feel completely welcome – like family! Nate was absolutely fantastic, genuinely wanting to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I’d been bouncing around a lot with my decision until I finally got to sit in my new Martinique tub and fell in love with it. It was a bit more than I initially planned, but Nate worked with me to ensure I was thrilled with my investment. They even took me to their Eagle River showroom where Mark was incredibly helpful. Alyssa and Tim were also wonderful, and I really appreciated the hot tub care class they offered – it’s great to feel prepared.   “I’d been on the fence about getting a hot tub for ages, but I’m so glad I finally took the plunge and went with Waterworks. From the very beginning, everyone I met was incredibly friendly and patient, answering all my questions without any pressure. I compared them to other companies and they just seemed like the right fit. Nate was fantastic – he listened to exactly what I wanted and helped me get everything I needed. After the installation, we did run into a couple of minor issues, but Waterworks stepped in immediately and helped me get it sorted out so I could manage it myself. Their service is truly outstanding; they’ve been amazing from start to finish, including the ongoing support and even handled a small warranty issue quickly. They even provide all the cleaning supplies and training, and I’ve been completely happy.   I absolutely love my new Gransby sauna – it’s been a dream of mine for ages, and I’m so thrilled I finally got one through Waterworks. From the very beginning, the customer service was exceptional. Nate was fantastic; he really listened to my questions and answered them with so much enthusiasm and friendliness, without ever feeling pushy. He even kept me updated on the shipment and checked in after I got it home. Honestly, the whole experience was just wonderful and I wholeheartedly recommend Waterworks – the cedar wood is beautiful and the design is absolutely adorable.   “We absolutely loved our experience at The Waterworks – Spa. Sauna. Swim! From the moment we booked it, everything was so easy and well-organized. Nate was fantastic – he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and really went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and confident with our choices. He answered all our questions, no matter how many times we asked, and honestly, he was a huge cheerleader! The only slight hiccup was the wait for our products to arrive from the Lower 48, which is understandable given where we are, but once they arrived, it all came together perfectly. We’d definitely recommend The Waterworks and especially Nate’s sales skills to anyone wanting to create a more relaxing and rejuvenating space at home.” report abuse

  “We absolutely love our new Hudson sauna – WaterWorks really delivered! From the start, Nate, our sales guy, was fantastic. He’s incredibly enthusiastic and just a really positive person to work with, keeping us constantly informed about everything from ordering to the final delivery. Seriously, he was like a whirlwind! And I have to say, the contractors WaterWorks recommended were top-notch. Wylie and his crew at Kelly Landscaping did a great job with the gravel pad, and Kevin, Isaiah, and Jorge & Lito from FWD Construction and Safeguard Electrical – they all worked together seamlessly to get our sauna installed perfectly.   “We were so thrilled with our recent hot tub purchase – we went with an Aptos tub from Waterworks, and the whole experience was fantastic! Nate was our salesman and was incredibly helpful, providing us with all the details and even pointing us towards some great financing options and an electrician. Kali, the owner, also gave us a really informative care class. The Waterworks team really went above and beyond. Tim came to our house to assess the installation, and while things didn’t go exactly as initially planned, the installation team stepped in and completely reworked the plan to ensure everything was done perfectly. And we especially appreciated their suggestion about the water truck – it was a brilliant touch!   “I can’t say enough good things about Waterworks! From start to finish, Kali, Linda, Katherine, and the whole team went completely above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We purchased a sauna kit and cold water plunge, and the quality was fantastic, but what really stood out was their incredible customer service. We worked with several different people, and everyone was so helpful, responsive, and willing to answer our questions or even contact the supplier on our behalf to assist us. Honestly, we’re not the most experienced DIYers, but with a little guidance from Waterworks, we were able to put the kit together ourselves. It was surprisingly easy, and we now have a gorgeous sauna that we use every night! I was really pleasantly surprised. I’d absolutely buy from them again and I’m already recommending them to all my friends – their customer service is truly exceptional.” report abuse
