  “I contacted them to discuss a large home project, specifically needing some structural work on our roof. Unfortunately, the initial phone call was really unpleasant. The woman I spoke with was incredibly rude and tried to make me feel guilty for even inquiring about the work. It seemed like she was dismissive of the $100,000+ in potential repairs we needed.” report abuse
