Overall, we were incredibly pleased with our experience working with K&W. Morgan Rogers, the designer, was fantastic – she really listened to our vision and helped us elevate it, resulting in a stunning kitchen remodel and beautiful updates to our powder room and fireplace. It truly exceeded our expectations!

“I was absolutely thrilled with the work K&W did for me. Morgan was fantastic – so professional, detail-oriented, and had some really great ideas for my countertops and backsplash. She really knew her stuff and guided me through the whole selection process. And I can’t say enough about the craftsmen; they were all incredibly talented and did a superb job. I wholeheartedly recommend K&W!”

Nicole from K&W was fantastic – she really took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and delivered exactly what I needed. She’s a great listener and offered really helpful advice. I especially appreciated how quickly she grasped my vision for my new home build and confidently selected all the finishes, even with minimal input from me. I’d absolutely use their services again.

K&W Interiors completely transformed our two bathrooms, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the whole process was handled with such professionalism and a real artistic eye. Kyla Moser, our designer, was fantastic – she really understood our vision and helped us choose colors, textures, and high-quality materials that would perfectly suit our home and our budget. The design schematics were incredibly helpful in visualizing the final look. We especially appreciated that Kyla took our needs into consideration as we get older, incorporating safety features like grab bars and a curbless shower. John Stiner and Matt were also fantastic, keeping us fully informed every step of the way, and ensuring we were completely satisfied. It was so reassuring to be notified in advance of each visit, and the workers and subcontractors were all incredibly friendly and did a truly outstanding job. Ultimately, we now have two beautiful bathrooms – mine is a calm and relaxing space, and my husband’s is more masculine and efficient – they’re absolutely perfect for us.

“Overall, we were really pleased with the final design K worked with us on to enlarge our master shower – it looked fantastic and exactly what we’d envisioned. However, the cost of the project was unfortunately higher than we could justify. Despite that, K did a great job of ensuring we both felt comfortable and valued the relationship, and we were very impressed with their honesty and integrity as a business.”

Overall, K&W did a beautiful job with the flooring itself – the style, materials, and colors were exactly what I wanted, and the wood flooring looks fantastic. However, the experience was incredibly frustrating and, frankly, felt like a huge rip-off. Initially, they seemed really attentive and thoughtful during the planning stages, and their initial bid was higher than the others, but they assured me they could get the job done by mid-May, which was a critical deadline for me. Sadly, once they started working, it was a constant stream of problems – things were damaged, installations were flawed, and the project quickly spiraled out of control, ultimately taking three months instead of three weeks. The biggest issue was the slate tile installation. While I understand slate isn't perfectly uniform, the unevenness created significant trip hazards, and they compounded the problem by damaging the edges of the tiles. I raised my concerns repeatedly, but nothing was done before grouting. Adding to the frustration, communication between the project managers was terrible. I’d get messages to one, and days later, the information would be incomplete or miscommunicated, often after the work was already done. They initially told me they were using a higher-quality approach, which explained the higher cost, but ultimately, they reverted to standard practices. Despite these numerous issues, I appreciate that they always acknowledged their mistakes and tried to fix them, like when they replaced my damaged laminate countertop. However, given the overall cost and the significant delays, I feel I was significantly overcharged for a substandard experience. Despite the good design elements, I’m left feeling disappointed and like I didn’t get the value I expected.

“The showroom was absolutely lovely and had a fantastic selection of products. I especially want to commend Cheyenne – she was incredibly helpful and really knew her stuff, which made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning!”

Karie was fantastic to work with. She really knows her stuff, offering both a really practical approach and some great creative ideas. Plus, she was always super responsive and made the whole process really smooth.
