  “We had a persistent running toilet and, hoping to save some money, we tried to fix it ourselves. We bought the necessary parts and took the toilet apart, but we just couldn’t get one particular piece loose. After a lot of frustration, we ended up calling a plumber, and they informed us that the earliest they could schedule someone to take a look was going to be about two to three weeks.” report abuse

  I can’t recommend Cassidy’s. Honestly, the experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. They attempted to install our hot water heater three times, causing $15,000 in damages, and then tried to avoid taking responsibility for their mistakes. Please, explore other options – there are much better companies out there. report abuse

  “Overall, they seem like a solid company, but be aware they’re really busy and appointments book up quickly – I’d definitely get yours scheduled as soon as possible. The technician who came out to look at my leaky fan did his best, but ultimately recommended a roofer for the more serious work.” report abuse
