  “We had a persistent running toilet and, wanting to save some money, we tried to fix it ourselves. Unfortunately, we couldn’t manage to get one of the parts off, and after a lot of frustration, we ended up calling a plumber.   “I can’t overstate how disappointed I was with this company. They were completely unreliable, and the quality of their work was frankly unacceptable. Cassidy’s attempted to install our hot water heater three times, resulting in $15,000 in damage, and then tried to avoid taking responsibility for their mistakes.   “Overall, they seem like a solid company, but I’d really recommend booking your appointment as soon as possible – they’re very busy.
