  “I can’t recommend CGC and Matt highly enough! I originally found them through a maintenance worker at my office, and I’m so glad I did. They were absolutely fantastic when our hot water heater went out in February 2023 – it was a really stressful time, but Matt and his team were incredibly responsive and offered great advice on getting it fixed quickly. They got us scheduled and back up and running in just under a week. Then, just a few months later, in November, our furnace died with my wife expecting our baby! Again, Matt and his team jumped right in, diagnosed the issue and had a new one installed within days. Seriously, they’ve handled everything from replacing our hot water heater and furnace to fixing waterline problems. Everyone – from Matt himself to the whole team – is professional, hardworking, and genuinely cares about their customers. They’ve always been fair with pricing and incredibly helpful in finding solutions, even when things didn't go exactly as planned.   “We’ve been really pleased with CGC Services – they’ve handled everything from our toilet leaks and shower repairs to routine maintenance and even an emergency call last week when our water shut off unexpectedly. Matt got us scheduled quickly, and Curtis, the plumber who came to do the work, was fantastic. He was punctual, friendly, and really took care of our home.   “We were so pleased with CGC Plumbing! We had a really tricky issue with an old copper pipe in our laundry room, and they quickly and efficiently took care of the leak. What really impressed us was that they also went above and beyond, completely replumbing a lot of corroded pipes in our wall and even helped us get our bathroom remodel – including the tub and shower – finished perfectly. The quality of their work was outstanding, they were incredibly detail-oriented, and provided fantastic customer service. Plus, they were really reasonable with their pricing.   “I was incredibly impressed with CGC Services, particularly Matt Klebs and Jared, after a major water line issue caused significant damage to my 4plex in Anchorage last January. It was a really stressful situation – a burst water line took out four furnaces and two water heaters during below-zero temperatures, and insurance wouldn’t initially authorize portable heaters. Matt’s team stepped up and provided heaters for the basement and my tenants, which was a huge relief. The entire repair took over two weeks, and Matt and Jared were fantastic at coordinating with all the other contractors involved. They were consistently professional, courteous, and flexible, working around my tenants’ and my schedule. After the initial repairs, we actually experienced new groundwater issues – likely a result of the previous damage – and they responded promptly, checking in multiple times, even on their way home just to ensure everything was okay. Honestly, they were a lifesaver during a really difficult time, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them – I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future.” report abuse

  I’m extremely disappointed with the service this crew provided. There were several concerning issues – they left a mess in my workspace, including leftover food, and unfortunately broke a lightbulb which was left for me to trip over when I returned home. Furthermore, they’ve had repeated problems with the new furnace installation, requiring five visits in just three months. While I appreciate the effort to clean up the mess, the underlying issues with their workmanship and professionalism are deeply concerning. Given the owner's current financial difficulties, it’s clear that quality service isn’t a priority. I strongly advise against using their services unless you’re willing to accept a poorly executed job. report abuse
