  “I was really impressed with this place! They have an amazing selection of countertop materials – truly everything you could want. I was particularly thrilled with their custom wood work; they even created 24-foot tongue and groove panels for our ceiling, and the quality was outstanding.   I was really disappointed with my experience. Mark was incredibly dismissive and made me feel like a huge imposition for simply wanting a few wooden mouldings. Offering to pay the credit card fee didn't change his attitude at all, and frankly, his behavior was completely unacceptable. I won't be returning to this business. report abuse

  Mark is an incredibly talented woodworker. Seriously, his skill level is just phenomenal – it’s like he has a sixth sense for wood! He’s got a truly deep understanding of everything involved in the craft, and he’s simply amazing to work with. report abuse
