  “I just wanted to say Jeffrey was fantastic! He was so patient and helpful, taking the time to explain everything about my freezing sewer lines and the issue with my combi boiler’s condensate. He really broke down the whole problem for me, and I especially appreciated how he explained the ‘freezing trickle effect’ – it was incredibly helpful.
