  Gene and his team did a fantastic job installing my new water heater on June 21st. They were really responsive – they came out to assess the problem when it first failed and clearly explained my options, whether to replace it or try a repair to extend its life.   My parents had a really frustrating experience with their new on-demand water heater system. They bought it from Mountain Mechanical a couple of years ago for just over $10,000, and unfortunately, it stopped working after about a year. It took nearly two and a half weeks to get it fixed – a really long wait for them. report abuse

  “I’ve been using Mountain Mechanical for years now, both for plumbing issues and regular furnace checks. They were fantastic when I had a really persistent problem with a screaming toilet – they quickly sorted it out.   I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend using this company. I recently hired them when my 10-year-old water heater failed, and they simply replaced the coupler instead of tackling the visibly rusted unit itself. After I contacted them to express my concerns… report abuse
