We were completely without heat on a Friday, and even though he was incredibly busy, he went above and beyond to make sure we had a warm weekend.   “I was really disappointed with the duct cleaning service. It became clear pretty quickly that the team wasn’t experienced, as they didn’t use any corner protectors.   “I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend hiring this company. I recently used them when my 10-year-old water heater failed, and they initially seemed like a good solution. However, instead of replacing the visibly rusted water heater as I’d expected, they only replaced the coupler.
