  “I was really disappointed with my experience ordering supplies from the Anchorage store. I initially had a great impression – the staff were friendly and very helpful. However, things quickly went wrong. I gave them my list of needs and was assured they’d be shipped out that day, with a promise of a call if there were any problems. Unfortunately, several days later I was told there was an issue with some parts, but I never received a single call – the employee simply left for the day and didn’t return. Ultimately, my entire shipment wasn’t fulfilled, and I ended up being charged extra freight fees due to Frontier Supply’s mistake. I really value companies that pay attention to detail and follow through, and sadly, Frontier Supply didn’t meet those expectations.” report abuse

John Hunter has been fantastic – he’s really gone above and beyond to help me with my home renovations, especially with figuring out the best setup for my garage heater and baseboard replacement. He took the time to really understand my needs, calculating the right BTU levels for my space and never trying to push me towards something I didn’t need.
