  “I was really hoping to get some direct information about the shower bases you offer, as I’ve already done a lot of research and worked closely with my plumber to determine the specific requirements like thresholds and drain setups. However, it’s frustrating that I wasn’t able to speak directly with someone about the options – being a wholesaler seems to be preventing a straightforward conversation.
