  It was consistently a really enjoyable experience doing water aerobics – always a good time! And the new water heaters mean the showers are always fantastic. report abuse

  Overall, I really enjoyed my time at the pool – especially the warmer small pool and the fantastic water aerobics classes. I’m also glad I can get my physical therapy there. However, the locker room really needs some serious attention. Most of the lockers are broken or don’t lock, and the facilities are just generally quite old and worn out. report abuse

  Overall, the kids seem to be enjoying the classes and the variety of activities offered. However, they’ve mentioned that the structured swim times, particularly the lap lines, can be a little intimidating for them and would appreciate some dedicated, less structured swim time. report abuse

  Overall, Dimond Pool is a really nice municipal pool – plenty of space to swim laps without feeling cramped. It’s a great option. However, the lockers could really use some updating as they’re quite rusty, and you definitely need to be careful not to damage your clothes if you put them in the dryers without wearing shoes first. report abuse

  “I absolutely loved this pool! I was visiting Alaska for three weeks and really wanted to keep up with my swimming, and this place was perfect. The staff were fantastic – so supportive and friendly, and the facilities were really cool and exactly what I needed for a great workout.” report abuse

  “I’ve been really struggling to get in touch with Diamond to book a party. I’ve been trying for over a week, leaving messages and even going down there myself to request a call back. Unfortunately, I’ve been met with silence – they tell me to call them back, but no one ever answers or returns my calls.” report abuse

  “I’ve been a regular at this pool since the early 90s and it’s consistently one of my favorite high school pools in Anchorage. Seriously, if you have young kids, especially toddlers, you absolutely have to check out their kids’ pool – it’s fantastic!” report abuse

  It’s a really good spot for families – the kids absolutely love it and it’s a great way for them to run around and burn off some energy. The swim classes are a fantastic bonus, too, and thankfully quite reasonably priced. report abuse
