  A+ Home Services was fantastic! I was really frustrated getting quotes and reliable service, but they completely turned things around. Owen was a fantastic technician – incredibly knowledgeable and just a pleasure to have work on my septic tank. They were also very competitive with their pricing.   I can’t recommend A+ Home Services highly enough. I used them to replace the septic systems in three of my homes back in 2017, and after getting several other bids, they stood out as the clear best choice. They were incredibly competitive in price, the team was very experienced and efficient, and they did a truly thorough job. What really impressed me was Mike – he always answered his phone, which is absolutely crucial for me as a contractor myself, and I’m a pretty demanding customer! The whole staff was friendly and knowledgeable, including the guy who handled the phones at the office.   Overall, we had a fantastic experience with this company. Being new to septic systems after moving from Florida, we really appreciated how thorough and helpful their employee, Owen, was. He took the time to explain everything clearly and offered some really valuable tips – he was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable.   I just wanted to share an amazing experience with A+ Septic. From the very beginning, Amanda was fantastic – so friendly, knowledgeable about septic systems, and really helped us understand the whole selling process for our house. She was incredibly responsive, getting our tank emptied and inspected within 24 hours of our initial call! And to top it off, the paperwork arrived the next day!   I was really disappointed with my experience. While the technician did an excellent job with the septic system installation, the overall service was lacking. The owner, Becky, wasn't very approachable and we didn't feel comfortable asking questions about the system despite our clear interest in learning more about it. It felt like we were being micromanaged, which hindered our ability to get the information we needed. report abuse
