Pacific Tile really stood out to me. I used their services on three separate tiling projects, and the customer service was outstanding every time. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, and Jake and Brent were particularly fantastic – they went above and beyond to answer all my questions during each visit. Jake even went the extra mile for my last project, donating showroom samples to help me complete the shower niche. I highly recommend them; their selection is great and the customer service is top-notch.

“I had a fantastic experience working with Pacific! Brent was incredibly helpful and always kept me updated on everything. He went above and beyond by ordering samples when the color I wanted wasn’t in stock, and he even sent me links to suppliers and items he thought I might like. Ultimately, I found a tile I loved at a different store, and Brent was able to get it for me at a significant discount – over $10 per square foot! Seriously, it was an amazing experience from start to finish, and I’d definitely recommend Pacific.”

Overall, it was really positive – the displays were fantastic and the customer service was excellent.

Lewis was really trying to help me out with a special order of marble tile, and he went above and beyond by paying for it. However, the process has been incredibly frustrating. I placed the order at the end of November and after weeks of no updates, I finally contacted them on March 1st, and I’m still waiting for a refund. It’s a long and disappointing process.
