  Donovan was incredibly impressed with Greatland’s service. Paul, the manager, went above and beyond when he stopped by to assess the fallen birch tree. He quickly and efficiently removed the tree, even cracking a joke and shaking Donovan’s hand – a truly memorable experience! Because of this fantastic service and Paul’s friendly approach, Donovan is already planning to use Greatland for their spring services and recommends them wholeheartedly. report abuse

  “I was really impressed with the team – they did a fantastic job cutting down and relocating those five trees. They were particularly skillful with the one that needed limb removal, working it down in sections perfectly.   I was really frustrated with the whole experience. I contacted GreatlandTree three times, leaving messages each time, but I never received a call back. After a few days, I called them back and was told my message had been missed. Despite their visit to my property – I’m not even sure they actually left the car – I still didn't hear anything from them. My renter advised me that they thought the tree had beetles, but that was the only information I got. Ultimately, I never received a proper response or resolution to my issue. report abuse
