  “I ordered four rectangular windows – two at 59.5 x 47.5 inches and two at 23.5 x 47.5 inches – with vinyl frames and tempered glass. They initially estimated a delivery time of 6-8 weeks, which is standard. However, it took over 10 weeks for them to arrive, and I received absolutely no updates from the company until I contacted them repeatedly. Ultimately, I was charged $3590 for these windows. I’ve since gotten a quote from Home Depot for approximately $2200 for the exact same windows with a similar delivery timeframe, and I’ve decided to go with them instead – I won’t be using this company going forward.” report abuse
