“We were really happy with the work they did a decade ago, but it’s taken this long to finally resolve a loose end – something we hadn’t properly closed out. Steve has been fantastic in helping us sort everything out, and it’s clear they have a really thorough understanding of the whole process. You can definitely trust them to take care of everything.”

“I used them back in 2018 for my mortgage and was really pleased with their service then. When I needed a survey and staking recently, they responded quickly via email and got the job done in a timely manner – they were very easy to work with, so I’d definitely recommend them if you need a survey.”
-
Overall, we were extremely pleased with the service we received. From the initial quote to the final delivery, everything was handled with a high level of professionalism. They provided a detailed email outlining the entire process, cost, and timeline, and the team who carried out the work were both incredibly polite and friendly. The project was completed quickly and efficiently, and we appreciated receiving the plan in a convenient PDF format with printed copies mailed to us. We had a few questions about the plan, and the team promptly followed up with a helpful phone call where all of our concerns were addressed – their expertise in the survey process was really impressive. We’d definitely use them again and wholeheartedly recommend them – 5 stars!

“I was really impressed with Merrimack Engineering, particularly with Steve. When I needed a third-party review of a planning proposal, he stepped up and delivered a thorough report quickly. He even went the extra mile by presenting his findings at the planning board meeting – it made a real difference. I’m extremely pleased with their service and would absolutely recommend them.”

I was really disappointed with my experience calling this surveyor. I needed a quick land survey for boundary staking and was understandably anxious about the timeline. The surveyor’s attitude was incredibly dismissive and demanding – he refused to give me a price estimate over the phone, citing a past negative experience. While I understood his caution, his tone was unnecessarily aggressive and he cut me off when I simply asked about the start date. Honestly, it felt like a complete lack of customer service and professionalism. Compared to other surveyors I’ve spoken with, he was completely unfriendly and unresponsive. I likely wouldn’t have written this review if he had just been polite and offered a basic estimate, despite his preference for email proposals.

“I was really pleased with the survey work these guys did for me in Andover. The owner was fantastic – super responsive and everything was done perfectly on time and accurately. They really kept things professional, and I’d absolutely recommend them; you won’t be disappointed!”

“The team did a fantastic job handling the site plan and survey for the apartment building. They really shone navigating the complexities of working with the Planning Departments – dealing with zoning regulations, surveys, and wetland considerations was incredibly challenging, but they were able to expedite the process significantly beyond what we initially anticipated.”
-
“It’s incredibly frustrating. We’d been told they’d done a survey of our property a long time ago, and we’ve tried repeatedly to get them to update the boundary markings, but we haven’t received any response at all – just silence.”
-
Steve did a fantastic job – he was really reliable, stuck to the agreed-upon budget, and delivered the as-built plans exactly as we requested.
-
“Overall, I was really pleased with the service. The team was incredibly professional, punctual, and efficient – they completed the survey in Boston quickly and exactly when they said they would. I was particularly impressed with their professionalism.”
