The finished landscape is absolutely stunning – we enjoy it every single day! But it wasn’t just the design; their management of the build was equally impressive. They were so responsive and attentive, making us feel like we were their priority even with their busy schedule.   “We used Andover Landscaping for a design/build project and, while we appreciate their design work, we unfortunately had to cancel the construction phase. We paid a $5,000 design fee with the understanding that it would lead to a construction estimate. However, the final cost was significantly higher than we’d expected, and we ultimately decided to stop the project. Looking back, we wish we’d had a clearer understanding of the potential costs involved before committing to the design fee – it’s definitely something to investigate thoroughly beforehand.” report abuse

The quality of their work is fantastic, and what really sets them apart is the personal touch – you’ll see John and Russell on-site regularly, and you genuinely feel like they’re listening to your needs. Their designs are exceptional, incredibly detailed, and they always prioritize making sure I completely understand and approve every step of the process before they begin. They really live by the motto, “The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of a low price is forgotten,” and I personally experienced that firsthand. I’ve used several other landscaping companies over the years, and I’ve consistently been impressed by the quality and attention to detail that Andover delivers. They’ve designed everything from my pool and backyard, fire pit, and even feature my house in their promotional materials – which shows just how proud they are of their work. I’ve been using them for landscape care, maintaining my front door planter, holiday decorations, and updating our yearly plans for two years now, and I’ve already booked them for April to ensure they have the time they need.
