  Sean and his team did an absolutely fantastic job bringing that old barn back to life! We really appreciated his honesty from the very beginning – he was upfront about the serious structural problems and, frankly, suggested it would be more cost-effective to start fresh. However, we were determined to preserve the original barn, and we hired Sean based on his expertise and trustworthiness. He provided a clear, detailed quote and, importantly, stuck to it. We're thrilled with the final result, and we’d definitely use him again for any project involving significant structural work, historic preservation, or navigating the building department for special approvals – he really shone in that area.
