“I was really impressed with this team – they were incredibly professional and prepared, and did a fantastic job. They actually finished the work ahead of schedule, which was a huge relief! What really stood out was their thoughtfulness too; they even went above and beyond by rushing to complete one section of the yard so I could get a fence up for my dogs. Honestly, they were significantly cheaper than the other two companies we contacted, and they were also much quicker to get here and complete the job. I wholeheartedly recommend them!”

“I was incredibly impressed with the service Gavin and his team provided. They were incredibly reliable – they arrived on time for the estimate and always kept me informed, even calling ahead when they’d be slightly delayed. What really stood out was their dedication; they were able to work on the frozen ground when other companies gave up, and it wasn’t until late April or May that they finally finished the job. And after the snow melted, they even came back to collect the broken pieces. They really went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the work, and I’ll definitely be using them for any future fence repairs – I won’t be going anywhere else.”

“I couldn’t be happier with the fence Twin Cities Fence installed for me – it’s a 6-foot black chain link fence and the whole experience was fantastic. They were really professional, the estimator was quick to respond, and I even heard my neighbor had them do his fence too! Definitely recommend them.”

Gavin and his team were fantastic to work with. Gavin was incredibly responsive and always followed up to ensure everything was moving forward smoothly. He really took the time to understand our budget and priorities, and delivered excellent results without ever sacrificing quality. I’d wholeheartedly recommend them and definitely plan to use their services again in the future.

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend using this company. The initial fence installation was really poor – there were sections that weren’t properly connected. To add to that, they offered a guarantee and warranty, but they completely failed to honor it. I tried to get the issue resolved, but they just ignored my calls and never sent anyone out to inspect the work. It was incredibly unresponsive and unprofessional, and I’ve never dealt with a company so difficult to get a response from.

“Overall, the experience was really positive. It took a couple of calls to get a quote, but once we had everything sorted, it was fantastic. The installers were incredibly professional and went the extra mile – they didn't add any unexpected charges, which was a huge relief. Tracy in the office was also a pleasure to work with.”

“Gavin was fantastic – he came out on a Sunday to give us a quote, and we were really pleased with the fair pricing and how quickly the work got done. Overall, the service was excellent, and we’d definitely recommend Twin Cities Fence!”
-
“I’m incredibly disappointed with the work Twin Cities Fence did on my property. They completely missed the mark on my request to replace just the north and south sides of my fence, instead installing the fence on the west side and, shockingly, extending it halfway into my neighbor’s yard – even removing one of his bushes in the process. To add to the frustration, the owner hasn’t even returned my calls or scheduled a meeting to discuss this. I’m now left with no resolution and considering legal action. Given the higher price they charge compared to competitors, this level of service is unacceptable.”
-
“I was really impressed with this company. They were very willing to work with me on the price, and the installation itself was fantastic – especially considering my yard is on a pretty steep hill. They did a truly great job, and I found them really easy and pleasant to talk to. I’d definitely recommend them.”

“The initial visit was really disappointing. The estimator arrived on time, but he didn’t have any materials to show me different fence styles or pricing. He just took measurements and my email address, and I never received an estimate. Honestly, it was clear from the start that this wasn’t a professional approach. I appreciate him keeping his appointment time, which is why I'm giving one star, but ultimately, I need someone who can properly discuss options and genuinely seems interested in the project.”
