  I was incredibly frustrated with my recent appointment. I arrived at 7:00 am as scheduled, but didn’t see anyone until after I’d already left, having left two voicemails. It wasn’t until 9:00 am that they finally arrived, and my wife had to cancel her meetings because of the significant delay. What was truly disappointing was the complete lack of communication – no phone call to explain the issue, and no apology for the inconvenience. The staff seemed completely uninterested in addressing my concerns or answering my questions. report abuse

  Dan’s a really great guy – he was incredibly thoughtful and I really appreciated his attention when I was looking into getting a pool. Unfortunately, things didn’t work out this year, but I’d definitely consider him again in the future. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. This company was shockingly disrespectful to me and clearly doesn’t value its customers.
