  Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on that text: “I rented a compactor from A-1 for a weekend project, picking it up on Saturday and planning to return it the following Tuesday. However, there were a few issues. When I dropped it off on Tuesday, no one asked me about my return plans, and I wasn’t given any specific time to return it by. It turns out I was supposed to be back by 11:00 AM, but this wasn’t mentioned at all, and I wasn’t told when picking it up. Now I’m being charged an extra $121 for an extra day, even though the original rate was $120 and the daily rate listed on the contract is only $85.   “I was really frustrated trying to rent a scissor lift over Thanksgiving – they were charging a 7-day fee, even though they wanted us to return it after just 6 days because of the holiday closure. I definitely didn’t want to get hit with a late fee. Thankfully, I found Sunbelt, who were about 25% cheaper and had a fantastic team that made the whole process so much easier.” report abuse

  Tom did a good job assisting me, but Ben really went above and beyond. He communicated exceptionally well with both me and my contact person, and thanks to his responsiveness, we were able to resolve everything quickly and I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. report abuse
