  Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Superior Windshield Repair. I called on Thursday to get my windshield replaced, and to my surprise, they were able to get a replacement out to me the very next day – which was great considering my windshield has a rain sensor. The technicians were incredibly punctual, friendly, and professional, and thankfully they had the correct part in stock. I was really pleased with the whole service. report abuse

I was referred by my insurance provider, but after providing them with my information, I waited over a week and a half without any communication – no calls back, no updates. I tried repeatedly to schedule the service, and they completely ignored my messages. Eventually, I spoke with the owner, and he was incredibly dismissive and rude.
