He spent hours searching, even in the rain, and finally found the break. He fixed it right up, and even gave us a new collar.   Van was fantastic – genuinely knowledgeable and incredibly efficient. He really connected with our dog and did a fantastic job installing the invisible fence in both of our yards.   “We just wanted to express our sincere gratitude to Ben! He completely transformed our yard – he adjusted our invisible fence to perfectly suit our new puppy, and it’s been a lifesaver. Both of our yellow labs picked it up immediately, and we’re so relieved knowing they’re safe and won’t dart into the street. They’ve also stopped bothering the bushes around the house now that they’re contained. Ben did all of this on a particularly brutal winter day – 27 degrees with a 17-degree wind chill – and we really appreciate his dedication.   Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Invisible Fence of the Bay Area. We were really struggling with our cat escaping and going into our neighbors’ yards, so we reached out to them. They were incredibly responsive, scheduling a consultation for the next day. Sarah was fantastic during the initial meeting – she patiently explained all the different systems and we chose the wired option. Installation was then scheduled just two days later, and Ben did a truly professional job. He was so careful and considerate while burying the cable, and it’s surprisingly discreet – we barely notice it’s there! Three months on, our cat is perfectly happy and hasn’t left the yard once.   “We’ve been using Invisible Fence’s underground dog fence for nearly 20 years now, and it’s absolutely fantastic – it’s still working perfectly! We’ve never had any problems with it. Whenever we’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve always responded incredibly quickly and provided excellent service. Usually, it’s just been a matter of adjusting our dog’s collar or increasing the correction level when another dog was around, and the staff – especially Wade who came out recently – were so knowledgeable, polite, and quick to fix the issue.
