Our Sales Manager kept us perfectly informed and expertly guided us through the whole building process. And the quality of the construction itself? It’s outstanding; it’s the best we’ve experienced, especially compared to our previous builder. What really stood out was how smoothly everything went – we never had any delays, and they stuck to the original settlement date we were given. It’s rare to find a builder so reliable. Even now, almost two years after moving in, they promptly addressed a couple of minor issues, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction.   Overall, we absolutely love our home built by Burkard Homes – it’s fantastic for our family of four and provides everything we need. We especially appreciate Tim, the owner, who has gone above and beyond to support us, even after the initial inspection.   We absolutely loved working with the Burkhard team – it was our third home build, and they really stood out. They clearly know what they’re doing! We opted for one of their “spec” homes, and while it was mostly finished, we were thrilled with their choices. They were incredibly responsive, sending us updates on the landscaper and driveway timeline so we could plan our move. What really impressed us were the little details – they’ve got a fantastic sense of placement with things like the vents, outlets, and doors, which you don’t always find with other builders. And because they use 2x6 framing instead of 2x4, we were finally able to install plantation shutters! My husband, who’s an engineer, confirmed that the 2x6 also creates a more energy-efficient home, keeping it cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter, plus it reduces outside noise. The kitchen cabinets are standard builder-grade, which is fine, but we’re adjusting to them. We’re making it work with some clever storage solutions. We’re really happy with our new house and how it flows – we absolutely love it!” report abuse

  “We’ve been dealing with a really frustrating situation due to the construction at the Burkard Homes site. They’re diverting a significant amount of surface water into our property, which has repeatedly flooded our basements and caused considerable damage. We’ve brought this to their attention multiple times over the past year, but despite our concerns, nothing has been done to address the problem. Frankly, it’s been incredibly disappointing, and it makes me question how they value their customers compared to their neighbors.” report abuse
