We were incredibly disappointed with our experience with Koch Homes, especially when trying to get our warranty claim resolved. The repairs they did weren’t up to par, and we’re still dealing with issues that should have been fixed quickly. What really frustrated us was how they responded to our concerns – they essentially pointed us back to the warranty booklet and seemed to dismiss our problems. We felt like they weren’t taking our concerns seriously, and when we signed off on the repair orders with the hope of a proper follow-up, that never happened. Looking back, it was a mistake trusting their word, but it’s disheartening when a company doesn't keep its promises. The whole experience felt lacking in transparency and accountability, and it’s left us feeling completely disillusioned with Koch Homes. Because of this, we wouldn’t recommend them to anyone considering a home purchase.

We absolutely love our new Koch home in Harvest Ridge! The craftsmanship is fantastic – we barely needed to make any changes at all, and we really appreciate the wide range of upgrade options available if we wanted to personalize things further. The home itself is packed with great features, and we're really enjoying our new neighborhood. Honestly, we looked at several other new construction homes in the area, and Koch’s quality and standard options were simply far superior. If you’re looking for the perfect home in Pasadena, MD, we highly recommend checking out Harvest Ridge!

I was really disappointed with my experience during the construction process. My family and I visited the site with our four young children, and we were just taking a quick look at the progress – we were really excited about it. However, the site supervisor immediately approached us in a very rude and confrontational way, demanding to know who we were and why we were there. I explained that we were the homeowners and simply wanted to see the updates, but he responded aggressively, insisting it wasn't our house yet and that we weren’t welcome. It was a completely unnecessary and upsetting interaction. Sadly, this experience led us to sell the home, and we’ll certainly be going elsewhere for our future housing needs. The house itself was beautiful, and thankfully, we had positive experiences with many of the other team members, but this one encounter was truly unacceptable.

I’ve really been impressed with this Koch Home. As an engineer, I appreciate the incredibly high quality of construction – the materials, the attention to detail, it’s all top-notch. I especially noticed how perfectly square and plumb everything was when we were hanging wallpaper; it’s a rare thing to see that level of precision. It’s clear a lot of care and investment went into building this house, and I’m hoping that commitment to quality continues.

“I wholeheartedly recommend [Builder’s Name] – they’re truly the best home builder I’ve come across in Anne Arundel County, and honestly, I’ve been impressed with their work throughout Maryland. They consistently build high-quality homes using top-tier materials, and the sales team was fantastic – incredibly accommodating and focused on making sure we got exactly what we wanted. It’s like Toll Brothers quality, but with that wonderful local touch.”

“Koch did a really solid job building our house. Honestly, everything was fantastic when it was first finished, but we did run into a few minor issues. However, Koch stepped in immediately and took care of everything. It’s clear he’s a builder you can really rely on – a truly professional and conscientious one.”
