  We were absolutely thrilled with Blue Star’s service – it was our second time using them, and they truly exceeded our expectations! Sebastian, our estimator, was incredibly prompt and provided a really detailed estimate that he got back to us quickly. But the real highlight was the crew who did the work. Hector, Willo, Santiago, and Melvin were fantastic – so friendly, positive, and efficient, and they did a truly outstanding job. Our house looks brand new again! report abuse

  Blue Star Paint & Property Services did an absolutely fantastic job painting both our old house and our new home. They were incredibly professional – the crews were always on time and really took pride in their work, paying close attention to every detail. Will, one of the owners, was a huge help throughout the entire process. He was so responsive to our questions, helped us manage the schedules, and was just a genuinely great guy to work with. Honestly, people have been asking us nonstop about who did such a beautiful job, and we’ve already gotten a few quotes for them to paint their homes too!   Stewart Axelbaum in Severna Park, MD, had a fantastic experience with Blue Star Painting and Carpentry in November 2023. They brought a great team to the job, which really sped things up. Everyone was incredibly polite, professional, and just a pleasure to have around. The owners, Darden and Will, were particularly helpful – they took the time to thoroughly review the work and offered some excellent advice.   Blue Star was absolutely fantastic – we couldn’t be happier with the result of having them paint our house. From the very beginning, Will Sheils and his crew impressed us with their knowledge and genuine commitment to quality. They not only met our high expectations, but actually exceeded them! The preparation work was superb, and they expertly addressed the rot in our old wood, bringing in skilled carpenters like Darden Pickall to do the necessary repairs. We especially want to give a shout-out to Jose Pereira, their lead carpenter – he was incredibly talented and a really friendly guy. They paid such careful attention to detail, caulking every joint and around every window and door, and applying two solid coats of paint. Will and his assistant, Becca Ramsay, kept us completely in the loop throughout the project, especially during that rainy spell. It was so reassuring to have them update us on the schedule and to see Will regularly checking in on the progress. They even brought in Keith Richardson from Keith’s Screen Repair to rebuild our porch screens, and he was just as professional and skilled. It was great knowing they were a local company, part of the community. We wholeheartedly recommend Blue Star – they delivered a truly beautiful paint job and, more importantly, worked with good, honest people. report abuse

  Blue Star has consistently impressed us over the past five years. They’ve tackled projects of all sizes for us, and we’ve always appreciated their responsiveness – they either handle a task exceptionally well or quickly connect us with a trusted partner. Their estimates are accurate, they consistently meet deadlines, and the whole team, from the owners to the office staff, is incredibly dedicated and goes above and beyond. The work crews are particularly noteworthy; they’re friendly, hardworking, and you can truly rely on them.
