“I had a really frustrating experience with First Plumbing regarding a leak in my bedroom ceiling. My condo association contacted Mike, and he repeatedly refused to send a team out, offering a series of excuses. He first insisted it was a roof problem, which doesn’t make sense since the unit above me wasn’t leaking. Then he said it was too dark to find the source of the leak – despite being an indoor plumbing issue. Finally, he brought up the after-hours fee, which I was already aware of. He kept saying they *might* send someone if needed, but ultimately refused to send his team. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend First Plumbing; they didn’t seem like a reliable after-hours service.”

I’m really disappointed with the recent changes. Before, the experience was perfectly fine, but this new, bright LED sign is incredibly distracting and, frankly, feels quite dangerous given its placement right next to that busy highway. It’s upsetting to see a business prioritizing profit over safety and visibility. The old sign for the pest control company was much more considerate – just a simple time and temperature display. I won’t be returning.

“We recently used First Class for a water disaster in our condo and were incredibly impressed. They were so responsive and punctual, and their professionalism was top-notch. More recently, we needed a new water heater installed, and they took care of it within a day – a brand new one installed in just a few hours! The service was outstanding, and the price was surprisingly reasonable. We’d definitely recommend them!”

“I recently had First Class Plumbing repair a pipe leak, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. I’d been with a different plumber for a while, but their service had really gone downhill, so I was a little hesitant to switch. But First Class Plumbing completely put me at ease – they were incredibly professional, really knowledgeable about the problem, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Plus, the price was significantly lower than what I’d been paying. I highly recommend them!”

“I’d definitely recommend First Class for any plumbing work you need done – they’re a really dependable company and their prices are fair.”

“I’m really frustrated with this whole situation. It seems my water heater malfunctioned and was shut off, but the company that installed it insists there’s nothing wrong. They basically blamed ‘Worst Class’ Plumbing for not restarting it. To make matters worse, my daughter signed off on the repair without me being informed or having a chance to review the details – I was actually working in the yard at the time.”

“Overall, I had a really positive experience. The prices were great – definitely more competitive than other companies I’ve worked with. Plus, everyone I dealt with was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, especially the team in the drain division. I’m completely satisfied and will definitely be using them for all my plumbing needs going forward.”

“I’m very concerned about the driver’s behavior observed during this shift. It was unacceptable that a truck driver repeatedly cut me off on the on-ramp, forcing me into the breakdown lane before merging onto the highway. This demonstrates a serious disregard for safety and reflects poorly on the company. I’m seriously reconsidering my continued association with this company due to this incident.”

I had a truly awful experience with this plumbing service. We’d used them before and had a good experience, but this time was completely unacceptable. We called to have a leak in our shower tub diagnosed, and things quickly went wrong. They initially told us there wouldn’t be an inspection fee, then later changed their mind and charged us $86. The technician spent nearly an hour trying to fix the issue, removing the shower handle and attempting to replace a cartridge. He couldn’t get the part out, insisted on replacing the entire shower handle assembly, and then gave us a quote we found outrageous. We asked him to stop and return the shower to its original state. Unfortunately, he then couldn’t put the handle back on correctly – it was now completely unusable. He continued to struggle with it for another two or three hours, ultimately declaring he couldn't fix it and charged us $198! It was clear he’d made the problem worse. Then, to add insult to injury, we contacted another plumber who confirmed that the original technician had actually damaged the part behind the handle while trying to fix the leak. It was a complete mess, and frankly, a scam. Avoid this company – they’re incompetent and overcharging for shoddy work.

Bruce was fantastic – he really went above and beyond. He was there the very next day, exactly as promised, and he handled the whole thing with such professionalism and a really positive attitude, even though it was a tricky job.
