  Overall, Heidler was a fantastic company to work with. David and Kevin were incredibly professional and took the time to explain everything they were doing, which we really appreciated.   Overall, the experience was positive – the staff were really friendly and helpful. However, we were a little disappointed with the replacement kitchen garbage disposal. We’d expected something more powerful, given the price, and it turned out to be only a 1/2 horsepower unit. They did advise us to scrape dishes thoroughly into the trash to avoid stressing the disposal, which was useful information. Despite that, the job itself was well executed, and we’d definitely consider calling them back for future repairs. report abuse

  “I’ve been using Heidler Plumbing for years and I can honestly say they’re consistently fantastic. Brian was our plumber today and he was just outstanding. He tackled two issues in our home with a really professional and patient approach, taking the time to explain everything clearly – especially helpful since we have well water and some unique considerations. He presented us with several toilet options and pricing, and then completed the installation on the same visit. He also handled another problem perfectly.   Chuck was fantastic – a truly professional and reliable guy. He consistently goes above and beyond, taking the time to do the job perfectly, and he’s got excellent manners too. I really appreciated his work on the recent installation, especially with the detailed snaking of the lines as a backup – he didn't stop until everything was absolutely right.   Chuck was fantastic – he arrived right on time, was incredibly knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond to help us.
