  Tim Duley was fantastic – he really went above and beyond to explain everything to me. He was incredibly knowledgeable, covering all the details about the window options, including the technical stuff like the U-factor and Low-e coatings, and how they impact energy efficiency. He clearly explained the construction process and what I could expect during the installation itself, and best of all, it was a really comfortable and relaxed consultation with no pushy sales tactics. report abuse

  “I’m honestly so incredibly frustrated with Pella. We hired them to install replacement windows in our sunroom, and the whole experience has been a disaster. From the very beginning, the crew didn’t bother to protect our floors – inside or out – and despite repeatedly asking them to cover everything, they just ignored me. Then, while they were working, the wind blew spray foam all over our brand new flooring and deck, and they tried to clean it up with paint thinner, which completely ruined the finish. We contacted the office, and multiple people were involved, but nothing happened. It’s been six weeks, and we still don’t have our flooring! The installation supervisor, Brian Haney, has been completely unresponsive, and it feels like we’ve been constantly chasing him for updates. They’ve made multiple mistakes – ordering the wrong flooring twice – and the whole situation has felt incredibly disrespectful. Honestly, it's unbelievable that after all this, we’re still waiting for them to deliver the flooring. It’s clear they made a careless mistake, and it’s incredibly disappointing that they haven’t taken responsibility or shown any real effort to make things right. We’ve lost all faith in Pella, and I can't recommend them to anyone.” report abuse

  Mr. Hughes was fantastic – incredibly knowledgeable and patient as he walked us through all the different door and window choices and the financing options available for our project. He really took the time to answer all our questions and then efficiently organized the installation schedule once we’d made our decisions.   Tim Duley was absolutely fantastic – truly one of the best representatives I’ve ever had come to my home. He was so knowledgeable about Pella Windows and never pressured me at all. What really stood out was how considerate he was; he seemed genuinely interested in me as a person, especially given that I’d recently lost my mother. It made the whole experience feel so much more personal and comfortable. Honestly, I wish all Pella representatives were as knowledgeable and caring as Tim.
